Fence Installers

         Our installation crew is fully trained on site and will learn the 'tried and true' methods to installing vinyl and aluminum fencing as efficiently as possible. Our crews install over 150/ft a day. Pay for this position varies based off experience and skill level. Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-6pm (end time may vary) and 2 Saturdays a month, as a 1099 contractor. Being bilingual is helpful, but not a requirement.

Flyer Teams

       Must be willing to travel to Orange and the surrounding counties,  the driver must have valid driver's license as this is a traveling position to help us advertise our fence company. Teams of 3 or 4.
       We require that the driver stay in our virtual google meet room while driving and the flyer distributors stay in the room while walking the route. Pay $13/hr for the driver + paid mileage & $11/hr for the distributors as a 1099 contractor.

        The flyers are left on the doors of people's homes. There is no door knocking so it isn't soliciting. The driver is responsible for creating the weekly route based on the area you live in. We prefer new developments or under construction developments.

Product Representative

      It pays $16/hr to start for training. $18/hr after training is complete, as 1099 contractor. The position is Tues-Sat, hours vary based off appointment times but are generally 8am-6pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch and 2, 15 minute paid breaks. You must have valid driver's license as this is a traveling position. Being bilingual is helpful, but not a requirement.

      Once training is complete, we provide a company car: Toyota Spark. Until the car is provided, mileage and tolls are paid. Mileage is paid based of the mpg your vehicle gets. Our formula is : miles traveled/mpg=miles*$cost of gas. Example: 100 miles traveled / 25mpg=4*$4.4=$17.60 paid to you. We also provide a company iPhone, laptop, and printer.

     The position entails:

      Driving to pre-scheduled appointment to provide on site estimates for customers looking to have a fence installed. Once the estimate is complete, the price options and contract are presented to the customer and try to sell the job on the spot. We require our rep to stay in a virtual google meets room while 'on the clock' this includes when driving. Our rooms are recorded internally so if there are ever any problems such as a car accident, customer issue etc we have documentation and you are better protected. Being in the google room also allows for real time assistance from the office staff in case you have any questions for yourself or from a customer that need to be answered. (Our entire workforce is obligated to stay in their designated rooms).

      Additionally, the day after your estimate, if you were unable to complete an on site sale, you would call, text, email the customer based off of our pre designed templates.

During training, we would teach you how to read a property survey, measure a yard, the products we offer and everything else you would need to succeed. You would be the 'face of the company' the 1st person our customers see.

Bilingual Administrator

We are hiring for a work from home bilingual administrator. The position can be full time or part time, hours / days negotiable (except we don't work Sundays) but need to be consistent so we can give our Spanish clients an accurate window of when you can be reached. Pay is $14/hr as a 1099 contractor and is paid weekly through zelle. The 1st wage is the 2nd Friday or Saturday worked depending on your schedule. Duties include, but not limited too, scheduling and processing new appointments, customer support, updating customers on their installations or refunds when applicable. General translations for Spanish clientele.

Proficiency in google drive / calendar / meets / doc / sheets preferred but not required
